Issue 2 features a round-up from our first ever Patient Safety Forum and launched our anonymous safety culture survey for frontline pharmacy teams.

Issue 3 features the results of our safety culture survey and launches our core incident reporting principles which were shaped using insight from the survey.
Issue 4 launches our briefing on the role of community pharmacists and their teams in safeguarding children and adults at risk.
